This means that your parts have arrived from the supplier and the unit is being re-assembled, the technicians will assemble the unit and test it,. The unit may however not pass this initial test process and may potentially have to be re-assessed based on the test results, A unit could have multiple things wrong with it, ordering a part and fitting it may not necessarily mean it's fixed, there could be a secondary fault which due to the first fault could not be diagnosed,
For example, if the unit’s screen is broken, it may have had a HDD (Hard Drive) failure which could not be diagnoses due to the screen failure.

| FINAL TEST | Your unit is undergoing final testing, we will advise once passed and ready for collection. For more info refer to our website www.letmerepair.co.za | Your unit has passed the initial test which arose from the failure it came in for, However, the unit then passes to this status where it will be thoroughly tested, every port, HDD, MEMORY and all other aspects and functions of the unit will be tested, If the unit fails any of these final test it will be re-assigned back to a technician for further diagnosis, which could result in a further parts being needed and or quoted for (out of warranty repairs only). We will however keep you informed at all status changes and will endeavor to get your unit back to you in a fixed and working condition. |
| WAITING FOR CONSUMER PICKUP | Your Message: Your unit is repaired please arrange for collection. For more info refer to our website www.letmerepair.co.za | Our Explanation: Your unit has passed the final test process and is cleaned, packaged and made ready for collection, You may return to the repair centre where you booked the unit in and collect it. Please remember, you may have an outstanding bill for the repair and will need to pay for the units release if not already paid. |
