A few months ago I had a few problems with the Link book. I called your service desk on 0861994443 and spoke to Dylan Hamilton who went through the setup with me and after doing everything that he instructed me to do and still nothing he asked me to send back the unit as it was faulty and he sent me a new one. I spoke to him on a Friday and I received a new Link book on the following Tuesday. Best service I have ever received. Thank you Mr Hamilton you made it very easy for me to sell your product.
